The Site follows industry standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they access web sites. Information collected in log files include internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, and referring/exit pages. These logs are not linked to personally identifiable information. The purpose of these logs are to administer the Site, analyze trends, track movement through the site, and gathering demographic information.
Like other web sites, the Site makes use of Cookies and Web Beacons as well as more detailed information available from your browser, including browser version, operating system, and time zone. This information is used to render pages in your browser, show the content you have selected and may save the preferences you have selected.
We sometimes collect contact information from third party sources for marketing purposes. This data typically includes individual names, company name & business type, job titles, contact information and may also include details on company size. Data received for marketing purposes receives similar protections to internally generated data and also is also managed with compliant opt-opt mechanisms.
The Site does not collect personal information from you unless you voluntarily provide it, such as when signing up for us to contact you for a product demonstration. Similarly, if you decide to subscribe for services and need to create an account we will collect information the information necessary to establish and manage an account. The information collected is limited to what is necessary to communicate with you and to administer the services you request from us.
Some of the services we provide allow you to store your data on our systems. In these cases, your data is kept in a separate, secure database and is distinct from Cybereye’s data. In these cases, it is your data, not ours and we do not make use of personally identifiable information in your data for any other purpose than to provide services to you. A way we might use personally identifiable data would be to lookup email addresses to send pre-shift notifications to employees. While we don’t use your data other than to provide service to you, we do collect some statistical information to help us understand and report on resource usage and plan for future capacity needs.

Cybereye does not sell, rent, or lease its customer lists or internal data to third parties.
Cybereye does share data with trusted partners in the course of providing services to your or as a part of managing our own business. We have to, for example, provide cell phone numbers to our SMS provider when sending text messages on your behalf. Similarly, when sending out a mailing to our customer base we provide name and address information to the postal provider.
Cybereye may disclose personal information, without notice, if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to: (a) conform to the edicts of the law or comply with legal process on Cybereye or the Site; (b) protect and defend the rights or property of Cybereye; and/or (c) act under exigent circumstances to protect the personal safety of customers, employees, or the public.
Other than as described above, Cybereye does not provide third parties access to data we host on your behalf, unless it is explicitly done at your request.
Because Cybereye does not distribute personal information to third parties other than as described in the section above, we do not believe there is a need for a disclosure opt out mechanism. However, we recognize this is an important issue and we are open to making reasonable accommodations when someone has a concern. Please contact us if this is the case.
Subject to certain exceptions, described below, on receipt of a verifiable request from you, we will:
– Delete your personal information from our records.
– Direct relevant service providers to delete your personal information from their records.
We may not be able to comply with your request if it is necessary to:

– Detect security incidents, system events, protect against malicious, deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity; or investigate or prosecute those responsible for that activity;

– Engage in public or peer-reviewed scientific, historical, or statistical research in the public interest that adheres to all other applicable ethics and privacy laws, when our deletion of the information is likely to render impossible or seriously impair the achievement of such research, provided we have obtained your informed consent;
– Enable solely internal uses that are reasonable aligned with your expectations based on your relationship with us;
– Comply with an existing legal obligation; or
– Otherwise use your personal information, internally, in a lawful manner that is compatible with the context in which you provided the information.
The Site and Cybereye’s other services are not intended for the use of children under thirteen and we do not collect information about children under thirteen. If you are under thirteen, ask a parent or guardian to assist you when accessing this site.
Cybereye does not provide our customer lists or utilize them for third party communications. As such there is nothing to opt out or unsubscribe from.
Cybereye reserves the right to change this Privacy Policy from time to time. If you are a customer with an account we will notify you about significant changes in the way we treat personal information by sending a notice to the primary email address specified in your account, by placing a prominent notice on our website, and/or by updating any privacy information. For individuals without accounts you can check this page for privacy policy changes. Your continued use of the Site and/or services available after such modifications will constitute your (a) acknowledgement of the modified Privacy Policy; and (b) agreement to abide and be bound by the Policy.
